Project Lead & Event Operations ManagerFor the Barcelona Marathon, I led the execution of the Top4Running x On brand activation, supporting On as the title sponsor and Top4Running as the official retail partner.My responsibilities covered the end-to-end coordination of the project, acting as the main point of contact between On, the event agency, and Top4Running teams to ensure seamless delivery of all activation elements.Key responsibilities included:- Recruiting and managing the full booth staff team.
- Coordinating product logistics, inventory planning, and on-site operations.
- Supervising daily booth performance, sales activity, and operational execution throughout the event weekend.
- Collaborating with On and agency partners to deliver a premium brand experience aligned with both companies' objectives.
- Activating the event through Top4Running ambassadors and local running crews sponsored by the brand in Barcelona, driving community engagement before and during race weekend.
- Leading the planning and execution of the Top4Running x On Cheering Point, creating a high-energy support zone that motivated thousands of runners during the final kilometer of the marathon.
ImpactThe activation successfully combined retail, community engagement, and brand experience, strengthening the partnership between Top4Running and On while creating memorable touchpoints for runners and spectators throughout the marathon weekend. The project required strong stakeholder management, operational leadership, logistics coordination, and real-time decision-making in a fast-paced event environment.

I also played an active role in the setup and operation of the dedicated Top4Running booth, helping deliver a premium retail experience for runners and spectators.A key milestone of the activation was the exclusive European retail launch of the On Cloudboom Echo 3.
